HASAB Governing Body and
Organizational Structure:
HASAB policy and program execution and day to management and
administration is run through Executive Director lead team, where
the core team comprise the tier of coordinators and program officers
along with supportive staff. The project-oriented team is adaptable
and can vary according to the project need. In addition to this
HASAB has links to pool of technical assistance arranged through VSO
(Voluntary Support Overseas) and internship and consultancy support
services. Apart from this HASAB has a governing body of a 15 members
General Council who elects an Executive Committee for a term of
every two years, who provides policy guidance to the organization.
